I’m Alesha Mottley - aka Madam Cocoa. Inspired by my Nanna, I’ve always had a passion for food and baking. So, it was no real surprise when I ended up studying to become a pastry chef, working alongside talented pastry chefs and chocolatiers at Hamilton TAFE. With friends and family urging me on, I started creating treats for them that tasted and looked amazing.
That’s when Madam Cocoa was born.
I launched my business in 2016 to indulge in my artistic flare, drive for perfection, and love of chocolate. Working with local top-shelf products and the finest Belgian chocolate, I’m excited to dream up and create unique, handcrafted treats every day. It’s my way of adding a bit of luxury, indulgence, and joy to daily life.
