Delivery cut-off time
Express Post orders must be placed by 10pm for dispatch within 1-2 business days.
Express Postage is a flat rate of $15.00.

Remember if you are local we do offer click and collect at 2 locations. Westfield Kotara Level 2 and Swansea Plaza.

We currently do not offer same day delivery – sorry ☹

How long until I receive my order?
Depending on where you are located, Express Post delivery timeframes are between 1-3 business days.
All delivery timeframes are estimates and are delivered within the Australia Post express delivery network, and vary depending on your location. Delivery estimates commence from the time of dispatch which is 1-2 business days. During seasonal and promotional periods, it may take between 2-5 business days.

How do we prevent chocolate from being damaged or melting?
This is hands done almost everyone’s top question and something we take very seriously. We implement strategies to ensure all orders are received in great condition year-round. During a good old Aussie heatwave, we take extra precautions.
Inside your chocolate parcel you will find;
- Insulated bubble wrap to keep heat out of the box
- Ice pack to make sure the contents stay cool
Dispatching orders between Monday - Thursday only. This avoids your package sitting in the depot or post office over the weekend.
Each order will receive tracking notifications, so you can see its journey and make sure you're home to collect it.
Heat waves – There is just not enough insulated bubble wrap or ice packs for an Aussie Heatwave! Instead, we will hold off sending your parcel and contact you to organise another delivery date to make sure you're aware of the delay.
If we do experience constant heat waves which makes it difficult to guarantee goods arriving in perfect condition. We will reach out to you and look at upgrading postage to Same Day delivery service, so you don’t miss out.
Can my order be sent as a Gift?
Absolutely it can! How exciting! We love sending gifts.
Can my order be cancelled or altered?
In short, yes, if our team has not already processed and packaged it. Meaning you have from when you place the order to 9am the next day, to email us at firstname.lastname@example.org with a cancellation or alteration to your order. We will be in touch with you to confirm any cancellations or alterations.
My chocolate arrived, but it’s damaged! What do I do?
Oh dear, this is sad ☹ We apologise our delicious chocolates arrived damaged.
Please take clear photos of the damaged goods and email them to our support team at email@example.com . They will investigate your situation further and keep you updated.
How do I store chocolate when it arrives?
Chocolate is beautiful but delicate. So, keep it away from direct heat and sunlight. Store chocolate in a cool dry place, pantries are great, but not near the garlic! Chocolate absorbs strong odours in the air and will take on that taste.
If you wish to refrigerate your chocolate, please use a wine fridge if possible at 18 – 20 degrees. Chocolate doesn’t love the super cold.
Are your chocolates gluten free, nut free or vegan?
We stock a selection of chocolates that are gluten free and/or nut free. See our Dietary Friendly range in the Shop.
We currently do not stock any strictly vegan products. We do use couverture dark chocolate from Belgium so our straight dark chocolate products do not contain any milk additives and are puree cocoa.
Please note all products may contain traces of nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, cocoa horizons foundation, cocoa ingredients.
