Please shop carefully, we have a no returns and no refund policy
If your order has been received and it does not correspond with its description or the product delivered is damaged. Please take clear photos of the damaged goods and email them to our support team at info@madamcocoa.com.au . They will investigate your situation further and keep you updated.
In the event we agree to the return of the products for discount. Madam Cocoa will notify you of the appropriate procedure to be fulfilled to return the products.
Upon the event you are entitled to a refund from us, this will be promptly processed though please allow up to 30 days. While products are in your possession, please follow product care instructions prior to return of product to Madam Cocoa.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
